Outcast or Shogo: Mobile Armor Division
Soldiers: Heroes of WWII
Your list has a strange lack of Syberia, Gabriel Knight and Broken Sword :-)

First of all I suggest serious medication for anyone who likes FO Tactics:)

But Lords of the Realm II, hell yeah, I can't believe you've missed this one all these years. That game is crack!

You're also missing Temple of Elemental Evil. It's no Baldur's Gate, but it's not shabby, especially with the community mods/additions.

Clearly you enjoy shooters: Serious Sam and Serious Sam 2, really, you must play these.

Skaters gonna skate :D
Fallout Tactics isn't much of a Fallout game, it's like a pseudo-Fallout-alternative-dimension thing, but IMO as a game of its own it's really good (I love it so hard), and I, too, recommend it. Tough guy mode (or whatever the no saves during a mission was called) makes the game intense (but it can also drive you mad in the latest missions, yet I wouldn't have it any other way).

Giants: Citizen Kabuto is a good candidate for the $5.99 game as well. It's humorous in a good way and the gameplay is entertaining.

Ouch, how did I miss that one! Make sure to mod it back to its intended state (red blood and topless Delphi, both simple to do). The humor in it is really outstanding.

Sacrifice is awesome too.
So hard to pick just one 6 dollar game :DD

Out of all of them, if you like strategy/resource games you owe it to yourself to play Lords of the Realm II (in the Royal Edition here on GOG).

After that I'm going to say Giants was the best story and you can get through it in a couple days easy. Multiplayer on it was always horribly unbalanced, be warned you will probably not enjoy that part. The story in single player was worth the price of admission: "Help X do Y because he has saggy balls." Yes, I'm not kidding, play it.

I saw you also recommended Sacrifice, what is so good about it? Also what about Outcast?

I have never played Outcast.

Sacrifice is a RTS in 3rd person 3D perspective. Notably it had actually good controls (unlike Black and White, which could have used the same scheme). You play a wizard that comes to a new world, ripped by war between 5 gods. One god is secretly offing the others and each will make a plea to you between missions to follow them. Whichever god you follow will give you their unit for that level.

You also obtain a new spell for each level. The ultimate spells are something to behold. They're like summoning a flipping volcano or boring a hole through the ground (they will eliminate the entire army).

Two things of further note: The voice acting and story are good. And your resource is souls, you start with a certain number and must collect them, at some risk, from slain enemies to get more. If you can find multiplayer games, this mechanic should be very fun, I never found any though:)

The last mission had balance problems but you could still win it if you survived the initial onslaught.

Tim Curry voices one of the gods in it.

Outcast is a very good(tempted to say great but won't due to some issues) action/adventure game. The story is great but there are some gameplay problems such as the camera being a pain now and then and more thought could've went into the puzzles. The world is big and it's not always apparent what to do but with games like Gothic and the adventure games on your list I assume that won't be much of a problem.
I bought the Broken Sword series here when it was on sale back in December. It looks very interesting to me, to the point that I'm debating within myself if Broken Sword 1 should be the next game I play.
