Well, you learn something new every day, and I must check my methods for future giveaways.

Simple substitution ciphers are extremely easy to break, even manually. There are quite a few people here who know their cryptography, so yes, it might be a good idea to come up with something trickier. :)

An hour? Even without PC to do it for you, you could do it pretty fast if you made a wheel or a chart like A = W itp... :P
