That's terrible, they're using the same name as the game in this thread.
As of yet, the DRM situation remains unresolved. That makes the Kickstarter unbackable for me right now.

They have, however, announced that they WILL discuss this in today's dev meeting. Which is a bit of a joke, because of course they were aware right from the start that backers as well as potential customers justly EXPECT a DRM free version from Kickstarter projects. Not only because that's necessarily part of the Kickstarter spirit, but also because not doing it - i.e. making a Steam exclusive game - would be explicityl working against the crowd funding spirit ('escape from the chains of the large publishers').

Should they do the right thing, I'm definitely in. Good JRPGs for the PC are practically inexistent, and this concept looks pretty darn fine to me.
