As a Megaman fan, I'm not that happy because this is a fan-made fan and Capcom didn't do anything to celebrate Megaman's 25th anniversary on their own (remember Megaman Legends 3).

Apart from the "read me" files, what are the differences between the US and the EU versions? If none, why did they bother separating into two packages?

Well, got past the first 8 bosses. Is anyone having trouble beating Balrog? I can't figure out any way to deal with him and his moving stage/insta-death mechanics.
