I don't really think they are in position to be too picky now.
That's good news for SP: Stick of Truth and Metro: Last Night, it would have been a shame if they got lost in a legal tangle so close to release.

I wrote to them on 07/10/2012 and got a reply on 09/10/2012.

Hello,

There are a number of THQ games that interest me and I would most certainly like to purchase them. Nevertheless, none of the THQ games I wish to buy are currently being sold on GOG.com and thus I would like to inquire as to when THQ will be offering their titles on GOG.com as this is my retailer of choice. If this is not the relevant department, then kindly forward my email to a relevant party.

Thank you and kind regards,
*****

Hi *****,

There are no plans at the moment.

If this changes we will let people know via THQ.com and our Facebook and Twitter pages.

Kind Regards
The THQ.com Team

Could anyone please give me THQ's email address? I want to send them a request email as well for them to come to GOG

He was asking for new THQ games here. Which is something none of the big publisher has done.

More interesting would be if they are considering to put their older titles. (But the fact that they didn't mention anything about it in the mail is also some kind of statement).
I just wrote that in the previous THQ thread, but I repeat it here - the problem with THQ is that they were involved in legal battle with CDPRed about The Witcher 2 Xbox rights. They might be not interested in making a deal with GOG because of that.

Come now...we have some AAA titles from big names here like PoP08, Chronicles of Riddick: AODA and ARMAII

I really hope we get more big AAA titles here in the future as well, I would be happy to buy new AAA games DRM free

I seem unable to find the part where he asks for new games, though checking steam, the older game THQ has there is from 2007, so I'm not sure if it counts as old or not.
I do hope that THQ will decide to sell its game here though, even if it's just so the Americans will have a proper price for Dawn of War games.

Never in text did he mention new games but THQ games in general. GOG should push them now because potential revenue can't hurt them now, right?
Well, I'm glad for Metro, hopefully they will pull through as I really like the Darksiders series.

That's because of DRM-free factor.

And since THQ is doing Humble THQ bundle soon, that shouldn't be a problem for those games.
