For some odd reason the chat bar and options menu flicker between different levels of transparency from completely invisible to fully opaque depending on the camera angle, highlighting objects with tab or the mouse keeps it solid though. Anyone know a fix for this? I'm playing on Windows 10 at 1920x1080p 60 HZ (Same as my monitor) with everything on high except for shiny water. Thanks.

This is a persistent problem with non-Nvidia cards. There isn't a fix as such but one guy made a partial workaround by modding the boxes:- https://neverwintervault.org/project/nwn1/other/gui/fix-flickering-chat-and-chat-channel-boxes
