I can't find my mplayer keys anywhere for my NWN2 purchase. Would like to be able to play with a friend online.

Any Idea what to do? I contacted customer support 2 days ago. No response.

Go to the game in your library.

Click on "More".

Click on "Serial Keys".

Are you looking in the right place (check the attached Image above). Do not click the little drop down Arrow, it isn't there.

You need to click on the Image for the game in your library, to open the bigger box.

Do you have NWN1. I have both NWN1 and NWN2, and the Serial is there in the same place for both games, and I never had to request it.

This is automatically part of the game in every account. You don't need to contact support to get it. It would be strange if just your account had this missing.

As PeterScott said, it should be were he described it. And it doesn't seem that you purchased the game before 2016.......or?

I can only confirm (even as I purchased the game before the automated procedure) that the cd-key(s) are were Peter described.

So look closely at the screenshot, it has to be there, we are not making this up ;)

IF, really IF you do not have this entry, do contact support with a screenshot of this. I do not want to exclude the possibility of a problem off GOG in this case.

May I ask, if you do use the Galaxy browser for this? DON'T!!!!!!! Use a real browser!!!!!! (I do remember having read something about this..........)

That shouldn't matter either. I purchased NWN2 in 2014. I believe this was retroactively added to all accounts with the game as well as being added to new purchases at purchase time.

I just mentioned it, just to be sure it an be excluded as a possibility.....adding onto an existing account (who might have already received the key prior via mail) might be different and might have failed.

like in my case, or better to say, in my case it worked: yes the received key and the key in the more-section is the same ;)

A wee bit hard to explain......I hope I did it in a way which makes it better understandable....

I'm having the same issue with NWN (1). Bought the game last week, still no response from "support".

Of course I'm NOT using Galaxy.

So my "Avoid Galaxy like the plague that it is" pays off again.

Really, I love GOG, but Galaxy is heap of dung.

We keep seeing all kinds of new save game problems in this old games as Galaxy tries to sink them with their cloud, and launching games from galaxy seems to fail a lot, and now this...

I certainly hope it never becomes mandatory.

If you do not get any response after like 3 days (excluding weekends), just send a reminder. Sometimes it can happen that their system is failing and your ticket might get lost.

BUT, it might be also that because of this (depleted) they have to do some extra work and we all know that GOG was never the best company to communicate :D (even as they are working on it.....)

And no, I don't remember on which other game I did heard about this, just that I have seen this before :D

I am rather divided with Galaxy as well, it does give GOG the chance to support MP with their own version of Steam (good) or achievements (for those who needs them ;) ), and on the other hand you have those bugs......

But at least till now they have no intention to make it mandatory.....just look at that they still offer the links for GOGdownloader :D

GOG did run out of serial keys for NWN1 a few years ago, you will have to wait to hear from support, to see if they have again.

I was wondering if the might have chosen too small of a key space for the number of copies that sold after 15 years.

I bet no one predicted NWN would still be selling 15 years later.
