vlol: I'm having the same issue with NWN (1). Bought the game last week, still no response from "support".
Of course I'm NOT using Galaxy.

If you do not get any response after like 3 days (excluding weekends), just send a reminder. Sometimes it can happen that their system is failing and your ticket might get lost.
BUT, it might be also that because of this (depleted) they have to do some extra work and we all know that GOG was never the best company to communicate :D (even as they are working on it.....)

And no, I don't remember on which other game I did heard about this, just that I have seen this before :D
I am rather divided with Galaxy as well, it does give GOG the chance to support MP with their own version of Steam (good) or achievements (for those who needs them ;) ), and on the other hand you have those bugs......
But at least till now they have no intention to make it mandatory.....just look at that they still offer the links for GOGdownloader :D
