Hello everyone!

I know it is "a bit" late, but I have a problem about my free Witcher 2 code which I acquired from the Big Fall Sale. I've collected all the seven stamps, and I was waiting for my code -with an absolute excitement. I checked my e-mail everyday, no codes; and after a few weeks I have given up hope. I thought there was a problem, so I didn't mingle. (That was my fault. I should've mingled.)

Today, when checking my account, I realised that the e-mail linked to my account was an old one, e****@gmx.com but I was looking for the code in my new e-mail, e****k*****@gmail.com. So I logged in to my gmx.com account, and tried to redeem the sent code just to see that it is expired.

I feel like an idiot now. Blew the chance. Is there any hope for me?

I have the same issue, in another post some users recomend me that i need raise a ticket but im still waiting the solution, the email was never sent after the congestion of the email system abd i i collect the 7 stamps, and after a few weeks a lost the hope of receive the code
