Hey all...I'm sure I'm being a noob here, but I've searched the Web for a solution and can find nothing..

My problem is with round 2 in the Gwent game...neither I nor my opponent has any cards in the bottom row to play...forcing me to abandon the match...the first round and card building works just fine....but I'm missing something....or its bugged (unlikely!)

This is with the character that introduces the game...and who wins a draw due to his race ability...he can't play a card either so just skips....all I have each time is a single weather card to play.....

Like I say, probs an understanding fail on my part....but if not I'd like to know so I can carry on with the game....which I can't do until I defeat this nilfguard swine at his game!

Thanks!

Well I solved this....

I cant say Ive been very impressed with the community over here...I dont mind Galaxy..no problems at all, though its not quite as easy and fool proof as Steam..

But the community seems dead as a door nail!

I posted this same question on the steam forums and had 15 replies within the hour!

You'd obtain more answers if you chose the correct section:
This is TW2 board. ;)

BTW in Gwent you have 10 cards for all the 3 rounds, so if you are burning your cards then you'll lose against the 1st opponent because he always wins the ties.

Yeah thanks, I knew it was my noobishness that was the trouble :D

That card limit makes it a VERY good card game...I blew near an hour of my gaming time just playing Gwent this evening! Im getting hardly anywhere in the game because I keep getting distracted by some new wonder!

Ive been playing since just about the minute of release....and Im level 3 : D

Regards the W3 forum...it was not live at the time...or at least not on the forum list.
