Alright, so... how to give to Iorveth? There're no dialog options...
I don't think you can, there doesn't seem to be a quest for it either, so I assume it was overlooked.... if anyone knows of a way to I would love to know also! :)
I just today didn't get that done for the third time. I am guessing Bro-eros is right and that it was a quest line that is more of a stub. Still, if anyone has done this, I too, would love to hear about it.
I figured it was just a hint that she is siding with Iorveth? You can get the letter as soon as you enter Flotsam. Would be cool if there was a quest related to it, though.

I think OP means the letter that Margot asks you to deliver to Iorveth if you give him his sword, actually.

But no, there doesn't seem to be any way to actually deliver it to him. There are more pressing matters at hand than being a middleman between a pimp and a sissy elf :)

Ow, my bad. I completely forgot about that one. Yeah, I don't think it can be delivered, probably an overlook on CDPR's part.
If you stand next to Iorveth, open your inventory and put the letter in "drop item," he will pick it up and say, "I think you dropped something."

Not really. I couldn't resist.

Hah. You sorta had me going, there, for a moment.

Games make you do crazier things. Like stand right beside some sort of loot and angle the camera just right before you're allowed to try to pick it up.
