Here's that thing: in the config utility, I set the screen resolition to 1280x1024, my monitor's native res. But when I run the game in full-screen, it defaults to 1280x720 (so the picture is stretched), and in windowed mode (after manually changing the value in User.ini) - to 800x600. Maybe I can change the resoution manually as well, but how?
