Witchers don't need to sleep. They meditate. Quick Menu >> Meditate.

But when in the mission i have to ''come back at night'' i go into the meditations and then rest , always and everywhere i can not rest Pls i need help

Select the time on the meditate menu.

Then I don't know what you mean, because advancing time *does* work in meditation.

when i go to meditation , then i click the rest , it shows me that rest is impossible .

There are certain places and situations where rest is impossible, such as if there are enemies nearby. You must go to a safe place to rest.

but even when i am in safe place and there are no opponents nearby and i can not rest anyway
