Despite having a reasonably powerful gaming laptop, I'm not even get a constant 30FPS on medium at 1600x900. Can usually max out most multiplatform games at my native res of 1920x1080 and even Crysis 2 ran well on high at that resolution.
I've heard that we shouldn't have the 3D drivers for Nvidia as they mess with the game. Should I uninstall these as I never use the feature anyway or does it only cause issues if it's actively running?
Really enjoying the game so far and the Cut scenes show off just how beautiful it is (and those run surprisingly well as opposed to in game). Was hoping to get to enjoy this at around high at 1600x900 at the very least but no such luck so far.
My Specs:
G870 (built on clevo W870CU)
17.3" 16:9 LED 1920 x 1080 X-Glass Screen
Intel® Core™ i7-720QM 1.60 GHz
4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 PC3-10666 RAM at 1333MHz
NVIDIA® GeForce™ GTX 285M 1GB GDDR3 (roughly equivalent to a Desktop 260 in terms of performance in a lot of titles)
