Hello

I've beaten the kayran many times already, but each time the game crashes after the dialog in the end. I tried to lower everything and downloaded the patches but nothing works.

Can someone help me fix it ? Because I still want to play the rest of the game, this is only chapter 1 and I'm really disappointed.

If you don't (and didn't) use any cheats, mods, console commands etc. then upload your savegame before entering the Kayran-lair and post the link. I will kill the Kayran for you, and you get a savegame after the fight and dialogue.
