Hello,

So just after the cinematic where the Duchess and Geralt mount on their horses to go find Milton and after the loading screen, the game just tells me that I apparently died. Sometimes and when say I pick the option to load a previous save, I'll be able to control Roach a little, but Geralt won't appear. The other times the game will just reload and tell me I died again. There's just nothing a can.

If you can load up and control Roach a little bit, can you just immediately try to dismount? For me, there was this strange experience where as soon as I had control of Geralt again, Roach acted like he was stuck between two invisible walls. I dismounted, and ran after the Duchess on foot. Everything worked out fine and the quest continued without any further problems. Might be worth a try?
