Downloaded with GOG-Downloader and there's no german voice file in de "bob" folder.
German language addon hasn't changed version (still 2.40).
You need patch 1.21 and "Blood and Wine" in order to have proper German voiceover.

Game is patched to 1.21 completely.
If you are using offline installer, please take the note, that Blood and Wine installer checks main game for selected language and installs proper voiceover for it.

So maybe try sth like this:
- run the game
- select desired language
- quit the game and runn "Blood and Wine" installer


This should fix missing lang files problems.

TheAbyss84: I had this problem with heart of stone already. I downloaded the installer files a few hours later again and the audio files wasn't missing anymore. And now the same problem with the second dlc. I hope they will fix it quick!

Just upload the language files, copy & paste and it will work.
Yes, we''re working on a fix. But if you'd like to have non English voiceovers right now, please use GOG Galaxy. Sorry for troubles :/
