I'm looking to buy The Witcher 3 but I don't know how well my PC takes it. I can play GTA V on high settings around 30-40 FPS but I don't know about The Witcher 3. Otherwise I will buy it for the Xbox ONE.

My specs:

CPU: AMD FX4350
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 660 Ti
RAM: 8GB
HDD: 3TB
SDD: 120GB

Should be fine,not ultra 60FPS but i can run it on Fx 6300 @ 4.4 GHz and Gtx 750 1 gb 1300 mhz on medium settings at around 30 FPS.

But medium settings are still good? Or at least better than Xbox ONE?

I don't have XONE nor GPU capable of playing TW3 on ultra @60FPS but the game looks beautiful even on medium,
I'm sure there're people on forums that can answer your question.
