i have a big problem, I´ve downloaded so one hour ago the patch and I´ll try to install it, at so 80% the install-window freezed and the line didnt go to finish. Now go into the Task-Manager and close the process. After that I´ve deleted the patch and downloaded it from website again. Now after I chose the language in the patch window stands..."This Patch does not support your version of the game. Please download a new installation program."
As an information i downloaded the patch manually and i does not use GOG Galaxy

I hope you can help me :)

Have you tried installing the file as an administrator?

I guess you have partyally installed patch. and since game version chenged it prevent patch from second start. May be try open Galaxy and check update available - it will start from checking files integrity and download missing orreplasing wrong one. Bad news - patch trough galaxy is not compressed and you can endup with downloading about 7gb.

As i wrote i did not use GOG Galaxy, i´ve downloaded the patches and the whole game in GOG.com.
Furthermore you´re right i have only partially installed the patch, but i can´t istall i now, what can i do, that it not prevent patch from second start?

And this is why I avoid patches on day one, auto patching and client shit, way too much trouble imo....

If your game is completely ruined and unplayable you could try some haxxoring, making a copy of your directory and your savegames might not be a bad idea because this might ruin something.
Find the file goggame-#########.released in your game directory, see if it says something like 'witcher3_patch_1.07.exe', try changing that to the patch you had before, something like 'witcher3_patch_1.06.exe' then try reinstalling the patch..

This is a complete shot in the dark, I have no idea if this works or if this ruins your installation completely, but if you are out of options it is worth the try.

I can see only one way aside from full reinstall the game (or hack the patch packet and erase the game version chek) - use galaxy for files integrity check.

PS. may be there other way around - galaxy tells me i can rollback to 1.06. May be since you have partially installed patch it will allow you rollback changes and applay a new patch. I guess it will be better in galaxy option forbid autoupdating on very first step. then roll back. And then close the galaxy and install the patch manually (2gb way better than 7gb i guess)

I think rollback isn´t implemented in the Galaxy client yet. I´ve had the same error, except on my machine, the installer said some files could not be patched. The only way to get it working again was downloading and installing it again.

Steht bei dir etwa auch "Dieser Patch unterstütz deine Version des Spiels nicht. Bitte lade ein neues Installationsprogramm herunter"?
Ich dachte schon liegt eventuell an Daemon Tools Lite, aber keine Ahnung.

@halldojo i´ve try it, but it doesnt work that way, try to installing is hopeless after end it manually, but i´ll try to start the game and the funny thing is, all patch 1.07 features i have now ingame

The patches freeze. THat's what they do when they're working, for serious. Let them run 10 to 15 minutes and they will finish as they are supposed to. This happens with EVERY GoG manual Patch I've used that is over 5MB in size.

yeah but my problem is HOW can i get the old 1.06 again?

if I want to reinstall the patch it just says not the same file version

and rollback is possible as I have found it if you deactivate the auto update... but it is already set on 1.06..

what now?
