avantegardener: Here's what I did:

On Gog Galaxy go to More > Configure > change Auto-Updating to manual, and under Roll Back select 1.07.

It is currently updating.

As a side note I 1st tried to manually downloaded the patches pt1 and pt2 from the GOG main site, but I received an error about disk space (my primary SSD is full and Run the games from large 2TB hard drive.)

I also tried to download from 'Get backups and extras' as well to no avail.

EDIT: I can confirm this worked for me.
Not working for me and my primary SSD is also full. Keep getting Out of Disk Space...
