I'm INFURIATED! right now. I've spent endless HOURS on this game. There is a death glitch. Somehow after killing on a main quest NPC I died directly afterwards. When the cut scene ends I continuously DIE!!
There is NO time to hit start, menu. NOTHING WORKS!!

Ouch only an earlier save can help I am guessing!!!!!

I had it happen once in over 200+ hrs so can't comment on whether it is a persistent issue.

Your toxicity meter is very high. I'm guessing it has something to do with that. Reload a prior save or checkpoint, and meditate to get your toxicity removed.

I did, and replayed the location. Thank you guys. While freaking out I didn't realize it was just loading checkpoint save and not manual save. Luckily I save before any larger bosses or areas and was able to get through this. Thanks again!
