gloomfrost: noticed that as well, glad i reinstalled yesterday and started a new game, yes just to get all the stuff i missed in white orchard (one time gwent cards, kaer moren armor, silver monocle, etc.)

the DLC's are gone for me as well.

You could just travel back to White Orchard to interact with the shopkeeps etc. I've went back there a few times now to sell stuff because the 1st merchant I found in Velen is buggy and non-functional and I really needed to sell stuff. Fast travel back to White Orchard does work for me at least.
