First time posting, so go easy if i did something wrong. Question how do i get to Kaer Morhen, I'm trying to get Wolf gear. I tried to fast travel from Skellege but since I've never been to Kaer Morhen There are no markers there.

you cant fast travel there until you return there later in the story, then you unlock the fast travel sign posts
