I have installed patch 1.07 and when I launch the game I get a small error window with text in title "MatchesCountError" and "0 != 1 H%\$" in body of window.

After a few seconds the game is launched but I think it needs to be fix somehow.

Go to the Console Enabler mod page and install the updated version -- that's what's causing that error.

I get the same message since the update. Hoping they fix this issue soon!

Are you using a mod (Console Enabler mod)? Update it.
If not remove or rename the dsound.dll and start the game.
