sariaen: Witchers have Kaer Morhen. Witchers do not buy houses and do not live amongst people. That would be immersion breaking. What I would suggest is having some tabs in the inventory and maybe making the horse a mobile, separate chest.

robbertharkink: Why not have a storage box at the bank or at inns, how is that for your immersion?
had storage at inns for the last 2 games

i REALLY like the idea of storage at the bank, now THAT seems like safe storage ;)

mmarci: Not yet I think, as you said, it was a feature added to the previous game later on .
This may be one of the free DLC. I hope so.

mcgeehe: Agreed. Even though the saddle bags work well enough, I'd still like to get things out of my inventory and into a stash box. Just to keep things tidy.

Edit: Ya that's correct, as of now, no storage boxes or anything. Adding a house for Geralt would be great!

redneck1st: I can't figure why they haven't yet addressed this problem with having a place for Geralt to store things at like they had done in TW 2. After all then I would be able to clear out some of these ingridents and and other things that are to high a level for me to use currently as well as the books. Been reading and selling them. Anyone know what the max carry weight even with the saddle bags is? So far I've gotten plus 70 to my carry weigfht.
I've found Zerrikanian saddle bags with +100
Available from the Merchant in the bits, but I've not yet found them anywhere in the game more organically

Thanks for the information on the saddle bags I'll keep my eyes open next time I'mi in the bits., I'm just getting back into the story as I've been expoloring the whole map of Valen and Novagrad.<sp> just started a quest called Wandering in the Dark.

@Gloomfrost @paladin181 when they added the storage ability to the game the last time it was thorugh one of the upgrades but don't think that it was a DLC. Been while for that one there. But I think if enough of us request it it will happen.
I got annoyed running back and forth with loot so I simply use this: http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/8/?
The 10 times higher weight limit is satisfactory :)

Pretty sh** :) And contents of those said, boxes, miraculously teleport from one inn to another to suit your convenience? What mighty spark of logic brought you to that conclusion? :D I am all against that! However, there are already mods available, for all gamers with a kleptomaniac syndrome :)

Most probably they will add it anyways. Good for you. As for my immersion, I can always refuse to use them.
Considering how easy it is to keep going back to all the places you've been before - I see absolutely no reason to have at least one stash box somewhere in the world. (personally, I like the idea of using the bank in Novigrad as suggested earlier) Then it's also something that doesn't need to move between cities / areas to break immersion. When you need something, you just go back to the box/bank and get what you need from it, or deposit whatever extras you're carrying.
