What a waste. why not have made the witcher 3 supports 3d vision?

can we expect an update to make it compatible games?

if you like it, do an update to make the game supports 3D vision. I am ready to pay an extra charge for the work it requires.
but do not drop the stereoscopic 3D.

Sorry for my bad English.

I completely agree, I really hope Stereoscopic 3D will be supported in the short term.

I created a work in progress "alpha" 3d vision fix posted on the nvidia forums here:
https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/546943/3d-vision/the-witcher-3-wild-hunt/post/4535579/#4535579

Direct file link here: https://forums.geforce.com/cmd/default/download-comment-attachment/64575/

Read the forum to find out what to do with it (basically remove the .jpg extension and unzip files in the same directory as witcher3.exe).

Fantastic, I test it right away.

My English is too bad to read everything and understand everything. Have you been forced to simply remove the effects that it works? Or the visual integrity of the game is preserved?

thank you a lot
Primate evolved stereoscopic vision in a rich foliage environment which occurs also in Witcher 3. :)
Therefore 3d vision support is a must have for this game. I loved that in Witcher 2 and went through that game again only for 3d effects.

3d Vision works with Witcher 3. It looks all right, shadows are okay which is most difficult part I guess.
There are only 2 problems I noticed:
1) Some kind of aura around Geralt and other close object. Something like hot-air optical turbulence.
2) Distortion of text and mini-map on the hood. (I think this problem could be simply solved by disabling HUD transparency. Enabling of disabling ;) I mean.

Please at least enable disabling. That can't be difficult.

I tried 3D fix mentioned by mike_ar69, but can't see ANY difference. Maybe files went to wrong folders? I used 0.07 version, and simply unpacked that to "bin" folder. Was it okay?

Cheers

You are in compatibility mode. It's an awful stereoscopic mode...
I want a 3D vision like Witcher 2 !
