Hello. I just bought the retail CD copy of the Witcher 3 from my local Best Buy. Upon installing all 4 discs without any problems, the galaxy client launched. I made a new account and was brought to my library. There I saw that I had no games. Hmm interesting. I ran the Witcher 3 desktop shortcut and a UAC came up. Clicked yes. Second UAC came up. Glicked yes again. I received an error saying "Failed to load game database. Check permissions as likely cause." But even after running it as administrator I can't get it to work properly.

I also tried manually downloading the 1.01 update and that seemed to succeed, but it didn't seem to solve my issue. I also can't find anywhere to redeem my cd key on GOG to just manually add it to my library. I'm perfectly fine with just downloading it from GOG if that's the case, I just want to be able to play lol.

I've never posted here (or on any forums really) but I read the FAQ sticky so if anyone needs any additional information I'd be more than happy to provide.
