Hello there,
yesterday I bought the Witcher 3. I installed it an wanted to start playing today.
But oh the horror...it just won't start.
The game doesn't show up in the "GOG Galaxy" or the "GeForce Experience".
The path of the desctop Icon is "C:\Program Files (x86)\GalaxyClient\GalaxyClient.exe" /gameId=1207664643 /command=launch /path="C:\Games\GOG\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt".
If I click on it there are two outcomes:
1. Nothing happens.
2. The "GOG Galaxy" program opens.

I don't know what to do. Please help.

Did you bought it as DVD? If yes, you have to redeem your key here: https://www.gog.com/redeem
You will find your key in your game box.
After that you have to install the activation patch 1.01 or 1.02.

Yes, it's the DVD Version (Old School ;-) )
Okay, so that worked.
Now it's downloading the update.
