Strangely, my clearest memories are of the soundtrack and random mission flashes. I wish I could revisit it on GOG to see how well my memories hold up. Of course this was THE RTS series. What is sad there genre is not so popular as it sued to be, so it is even more important to keep the classics alive.

To this day and since I could configure my own notification sounds on phones, it's CABALs voice from Tiberian Sun saying "incoming transmission". The lore and world building of CnC was never achieved again by other (rts) franchises.

I think the oldest photos of me are of me playing general: zero hour. I still play it though it is more than janky on modern hardware and Red Alert 2 would be nice to have in say widescreen without messing with it.

C and C Red Alert 2 and Yuri Revenge have tickled my brain in a way that no other RTS has done. Everything from the game play and cut seen videos are awesome. I have found memories of playing for hours with friends / by myself and going to bed and seeing flashes of game play in my dreams. I have the 10 year C and C anniversary box-set (DVD disc), however one great barrier to playing this now is that the disc is degrading and I only have one remaining working DVD drive. If this is released on GOG it will be an instant purchase for me!

The RTS games I grew up with. Own and played and still play some times! I can't not recommend this series to anyone looking on trying a RTS series, but really, who hasn't played a Command & Conquer game before ;)

The lads and I setting up LAN parties in dorm rooms with RJ45 cables running throughout the halls. Endless bouts of laughter and cussing each other out amongst alliances and betrayals.

I played couple of titles, like Red Alert or Generals, but Tiberian Sun is my ultimate C&C game from bunch! Everything worked there: cutscenes, amazing music!, story and gameplay itself! If this collection will gain GOG's library - my MUST HAVE!!!
The C N C series was THEE RTS series to beat and in many ways still is. It's historic and classic gameplay, story telling and presentation defined parts of two whole generations of gamers. However, it's absence from GOG is as glaring as it is confusing. Come on EA, list them all here and include the Remasters!

My earliest memory are the responses from units: Tanya, Einstein, then the iconic spy "Yesh Shir", "Commander?", and following up to Allied and Soviet units. Red Alert games were always my favourite (apart from 3) and I loved setting up bases all over the map until I finally crushed the isolated (by my forces and clever strategy) enemy in some corner. Good times!

My first experience with falling in love with a video game was with Red Alert 2. I was around 5 years old and my father installed the game for me to play, and instantly fell in love. Every year I return to beat it because it feels like home. It inspired me to pursue computer programming so I could make games that made people feel, the way this game made me feel as a kid.
