Crystal Defenders is one of the best tower defense games I’ve ever played! It brings back so many memories of the characters from Final Fantasy Tactics A2 on my old NDS, along with all the crystals and magic from the Square Enix universe. I really wish I could play this game again soon, but unfortunately, my old PSP isn't working anymore.

Played this endless on the PS3. Very nicely balanced and fun and keeps rewarding you to try different tactics. It's sad that more of these games die with time as they go locked away in the old console closets.
Those games also need your vote!
Depthcharge
DepthchargeDepthcharge is a single-player arcade game released in 1977 by Gremlin Industries for the Sega VIC Dual system board. The game presents the player with a cut-away view of a section of ocean, on the surface of which is a destroyer with submarines passing beneath it. The player drops depth charges (up to six at a time) to destroy the submarines and moves the ship back and forth in order to avoid the submarines' mines. Up to four submarines may be present at any given time, each of which bears a score for destroying it that increases with its depth. The game was imported and released in several versions by Japanese publishers. Esco Trading released the game as Detphcharge, Taito as Sub Hunter, Sega as Depthbomb and in two versions by Data East - first as Submarine and then as Battleship in a two-in-one cabinet.

EmpireEmpire is the name of a computer game written for the PLATO system in 1973. It's significant for being quite probably the first networked multiplayer arena shooter-style game. It may also be the first networked multiplayer action game (although Maze War is another possibility for this distinction).
