The Dirt series is well known as really good, weighty rally simulations, yet I found myself weirdly preferring its destruction derby spin-off. Maybe it was because the jerks who deliberately caused a 5-car pile-up in the main games always blamed the poor newbie while pulling the same thing in Showdown got them quickly humbled/discombobulated.
It's one of many older Codemasters driving games sadly removed from digital stores (though still playable if you managed to grab them before then). Would be nice if they were given a new home for preservation.
