I still remember the trailer for this game, using Dean Martin's "Ain't Love a Kick in the Head" while the player literally kicks people in the head in time to the music. An interesting retelling of the events in Godfather 2 but your character (named after Michael's son ironically) changes everything, even going back to Cuba to take over more rackets, which unlocked better bonuses and income if you controlled them all. Very fun game for a semi-movie tie in that I would like to see brought back in an age where games like gta and mafia are the top dogs for crime games.
Man the whole management system in this game was amazing, the gameplay was nice and smooth, the executions, the different cities. Really need this brought back!
Amazing game! Would love to have a remake or a least a chance to play the same game. Needs to be officially back in digital format. I used to play the first and second Godfather games and compared to Mafia franchised I liked them even more because of gameplay mechanics.

Yes, it’s buggy at times, but the ambition and creativity more than make up for it. The gameplay loop of expanding influence, making enemies, and calling in your crew for backup during chaotic firefights is incredibly satisfying. There’s real power in being able to make high-level decisions and get your hands dirty.
Releasing The Godfather II on GOG would preserve this underrated classic, clean it up with modern compatibility, and give players a chance to appreciate what it tried to do. It may not be perfect, but it’s bold, fun, and unlike anything else in the genre. It's time to make it part of GOG’s digital legacy.

Early 2001, the arcade giant released Moto GP for PlayStation 2, and its runaway success quickly led to the research of a sequel. After considerable development time, Namco return with the second instalment.
Moto GP 2 players can expect a glut of updates. New season statistics have naturally been included, and there are now 10 circuits to race on, all of which are genuine true-to-life tracks, bustling with interactivity. The graphics are noticeably better, cleaner, with improved textures and far fewer aliasing troubles.
The gameplay is as polished as ever, with easy-to-learn controls, a steady learning curve, and AI that doesn’t make you want to tear your hair out... at least until you reach the later stages of the game. Moto GP 2 also offers the usual Championship and Time Trial mode of play. But, in typical Namco fashion, multiplayer mode is where the majority of the fun is to be had. In the entire history of video games, the ability to play the same game with one or more friends is still one of the most welcome features in a game.
Moto GP 2 doesn’t disappoint in this regard. It’s frantic, it gets personal, and that’s what makes it interesting. A grand sequel, all in all. Well worth a look, even if you own the original.New
