I don't need to tell GOG about the original Goblins trilogy, or why those games are special. I'd been following the Pierre Gilhoedes appreciation group on Facebook for a year or two, when Pierre himself gradually became more active, and eventually he announced he would run a Kickstarter for a new entry in his legendary series.
The whole thing was a success, and Pierre is now working on a sixth game. It all inspired me to star work on an adventure game of my own, and ask for guidance and advice from Pierre, which he provided. I think it would be best for everyone if the new Goblins games are available on GOG.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom PainMetal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is the sequel to Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes and a prequel to the original Metal Gear. The game has a complex story with long cut-scene sequences, but there are fewer and they are shorter compared to earlier Metal Gear Solid titles. Most of the gameplay mechanics introduced in Ground Zeroes are carried over: it is still an action game and stealth oriented but replaces the linear corridor design from most earlier titles with large open world environments that offer the player unrestricted freedom for the approach. The world has now a real-time day and night cycle and various weather effects that influence enemy behaviour, visibility and sound. Silent Hill: OriginsSilent Hill: Origins is the fifth installment in the Silent Hill survival horror series, and a prequel to the original game. As in the previous entries, the player move back and forth between nightmare and real versions of the town, gathering items used to solve puzzles and open up new areas. Monsters of various types provide obstacles and, in series tradition, are mostly disturbingly twisted versions of humanity. The main character can fight with his bare fists or use melee weapons. Unlike previous games in the series, melee weapons break after a time. There are also one-shot items that can be thrown and several guns. There is no HUD, but the edge of the screen turns red when the protagonist is near death.Horror Survival
