Story:Heath: The Unchosen Path is a turn-based RPG. The main character is Heath who received powers from the gods and the game is set in GoldenLand with about 35 different locations. During the adventure he discovers his true destiny and his actions determine how the story will end.

An Eastern European RPG series in a Slavic setting. It's not, by any means, as good as The Witcher. In terms of quality (and origin), it's closer to Konung. This is the first game of the series, originally titled as Златогорье (Zlatogorye, which can be translated as the land of golden mountains or golden land) for CIS countries and rebranded as Heath: The Unchosen Path / Heath: El Camino Elegido for EU markets (and it's kinda meh). But the second part and its stand-alone add-on are OK budget titles with an old-school gameplay system reminiscent of Fallout 1 & 2. They have both charming atmosphere and great music, and they deserves to be preserved, not totally abandoned and forgotten as it is now:(
P.S.: You can also find the second part here by the name of Zlatogorye 2, which is a transliteration from the CIS title Златогорье 2. But its official name for other markets was Golden Land (I have a physical edition of this game for the Czech market). You may also see it called Goldenland (in one word) on some sites, but I don't think it was an official title.
P.P.S.: There is currently no page for a stand-alone add-on for this game which was titled as Златогорье 2: Холодные небеса (Golden Land 2: Cold Heaven). As far as I know, the developers planned to release it in the West, but it, sadly, never happened. This add-on is the best entry in the series, both in terms of gameplay and atmosphere — it's pretty damn good if you're into such games and can ignore the dated graphics and some technical issues.
P.P.P.S.: this series especially needs a GOG treatment since it's a pain in the butt to run it on modern OS and hardware even if you get a version without anti-pirate protection which doesn't work anymore. Those games worked fine on XP, but anything higher — well, good luck with that. And I want to play Cold Heaven once again so much (this is the perfect game for a snowy winter evenings)! :\
