The first kind of builder game i have ever played. Certainly not the most complex title within the genre but a fun little experience nonetheless. Still own the original disc and from what i have seen it runs just fine.
I remember playing a demo version of this game in my childhood. I never had the full version. Unfortunatly the game cannot be found anywhere to purchase today.
It's similar to Sim City 2000, but instead of building a city you create a little holiday paradise on a tropical island.
I absolutly love this game, someone did make a re-make, but nothing compares to the game play and music of this game. It'd be amazing to have this back again! Gotta love nostalgia.
This is a classic. As one of the early building games, it is a bit rough around the edges, but you can feel how much love the developers poured into this game. I hope everyone will have the chance to play this nostalgic gem.
Such fond memories of playing this back in the mid 90s on my 486. I was already a fan of SimCity 2000 at that point and Holiday Island scratched a similar itch for me. Would love to see this getting properly updated to modern-day standards.
I just loved this game, just an easy going but engaging game for anyone who likes city builders, theme park, theme hospital etc. Please get this game on GOG! :)
Super gra, muzyka i cała atmosfera. Przypominają się stare czasy i lepsze bez zmartwień;-)
What a great game and brings back a full load of childhood memories with less worries. Just the soundtrack puts you in a Holiday mood and you feel like being transported somewhere to the Caribbean
