I have special memory about this game. I've been playing it 30 years ago as a child and after long gameplay session I went sleep having a dream of being on jungle track, probably in Brazil, next to one of the specific waterfalls present there. In my dream I touched this waterfall and it was made of something like dense, emulgated liquid soap. Well, graphic in this game is quite primitive (not that bad for year it was relased tho) and this is how my brain seen it probably. :P I still have physical copy of Manic Karts, played it not so long ago on my W98 laptop but it woudl be awesome to have digital copy running on modern machines.
