Story:Rogue is a dungeon crawling video game first developed by Michael Toy and Glenn Wichman around 1980. It was a favorite on college Unix systems in the early to mid-1980s, in part due to the procedural generation of game content.

I've never played Rogue, I just know it through the terms "roguelike" and "roguelite". Consider how many games use these terms to describe games even to this day. That's the legacy of this game, almost half a century after its release! I think that alone makes this game worthy of being added to GOG's Preservation Program.
