Then there's the expanded two-player mode, which features 12 playable characters competing in new head-to-head games. All of this adds up to Sonic's biggest adventure yet!Show more

This is my favorite Sonic game, it's a great part of my childhood. I play this game at least two times every year. The introduction of the new two characters were awesome and the interaction between them through the game, also the Chao Garden it's awesome, you can take care of your Chao and rise it into a great and healthy Chao.

Genuinely one of my favorite games of all time. Incredible soundtrack, Chao garden is awesome, levels are extremely fun. One of the main issues i have with it though is my steam copy on PC cannot be launched on my Asus Rog Ally X without massive amounts of tweaking, even then it might fail. It's in dire need of a compatibility upgrade.
A Dreamcast classic with high replay value, lots of things to like about the game, the Chao Garden, a Sountrack filled with great music from across the musical spectrum and (mostly) levels that offer a lot of replay value. Plus, Shadow the Hedgehog was introduced in this game and became my instant favourite character in the series with how he was portrayed in this game from start to finish. As for why GOG? The game already got a release on PC back in 2012, however that release is slowly falling to the annals of time, having this game be immortalized with support for years to come would be great.

Easily one of my favorite Sonic games. I remembered playing it on Sega Dreamcast. I later got to play it on GameCube and Xbox 360. Considering it's a direct sequel to Sonic Adventure wow!!! In many aspects surpasses it to a degree. The newer version you could buy DLC that adds stuff from the updated GameCube port in. You get a lot of Sonic characters to play as. More true in the multiplayer with a few match types. The soundtrack with the sound effects absolutely amazing!!! Some truly fantastic 3D levels you can replay the hell out of. There's plenty of great unlockables. Chao World almost felt like it's own unique experience. A nice break from everything else to raise some Chao. Sonic Adventure 2 greatly expended on most game play styles of Sonic Adventure 1. I always enjoyed Sonic Adventure series a lot. It was the debut of my favorite Sonic character. Shadow the Hedgehog was such a great character in this. Sonic 3 movie heavily based on this game. Look how well that was going at the box office. I do think a lot of Sega fans be deeply overjoyed if Sonic Adventure 2 came to GOG. This is so packed with content you'll be playing for months straight it's that good!!!
I have never played SA2B. I just think the PC Port needs some fixes and enhancements, lol. Until then, let's get some more votes in so people can recognize such a beloved game!

I grew up with the Gamecube back in the 2000s, I loved the story, Chao Gardens, hell even trying to get S rank for the secret levels. if this was added to the Gog list i'd be content with the outcome. if not well I've got enough copies (physical and digital) to back up my childhood.

Truly the greatest Sonic game of all time with its physics focus, chaotic array of different modes and downtime caring for my chao. I have played so much of this game, shared so much time in it with my sister and even taken to speedrunning it. I would love to see it preserved for the future.

First game to ever introduce me to Sonic the Hedgehog. It is my favorite 3D sonic game of all time. Amazing soundtrack, levels have enthralled great high-speed action, the story is cheesy and awesome simultaneously, and it is overall a great time. This game needs to be updated with modern hardware so that it doesn't get lost in the sands of time. It needs a complete remake, with modern cinematics, redubbing that matches what the characters are saying, and remaking the levels without any glitches.
i killed so many hours in this game simply messing about in the chao gardens, repeating certain levels farming for dragons and turning my chaos into absolute machines winning every single challenge. this game is a treasure

A classic game with a ruined reputation thanks to bad ports that introduced bugs never present in the original game. I trust GOG would be able to fix up the currently-existing PC ports and get these games in a ready-to-enjoy state!

Final Fantasy VIII
Final Fantasy VIIIFinal Fantasy VIII is the eighth main installment in the Final Fantasy series. The gameplay makes a departure from many series standards. While it still uses the Active Time Battle system, it deviates from the series' traditional means of boosting a character's power via leveling, although levels are not completely abandoned as they were in Final Fantasy II. In addition, it does not have a Magic Point-based system for spell-casting. Instead, magic is collected, drawn, and created from items, and is used to power up the characters via the junction system.

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots
Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the PatriotsMetal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots is the final canonical Metal Gear game to feature Solid Snake as the main character. The gameplay of the previous games have been kept along with some new features, such as the ability to roll on your back and also to hide in bins scattered around the environment. Most of the story and the relationship between the characters are explained through cut-scenes with a considerable length, so knowledge of the prior games is recommended to fully understand the story. Discworld II: Mortality Bytes!
Discworld II: Mortality Bytes!Discworld II: Mortality Bytes! is the second point-and-click adventure game based on Terry Pratchett's series of fantasy novels set on the mythical Discworld. The game was developed and produced in 1996 by Perfect Entertainment for the PC, and ported in 1997 for the PlayStation and Sega Saturn. It was published by Psygnosis for the PC and PlayStation, and by Sega for the Saturn (only in Europe). In Discworld II the player controls Rincewind the "wizzard" (voiced by Eric Idle, as in the previous game) who has been burdened with the task of coercing Death out of his impromptu retirement and back into his regular duties. The plot borrows from a number of Discworld books, most notably Reaper Man, Moving Pictures and Lords and Ladies. It all begins in a quiet Ankh-Morpork street, where Rincewind and The Librarian inexplicably fail to die from a nearby cart-bomb explosion. The odd event is not shared by them alone however: occurrences of the newly dead re-awakening and disturbing the populace are being reported all over the city, prompting the Archchancellor of Unseen University to halt his usual activities of feasting and merrymaking, and to take charge of the situation. Much to Rincewind's despair, the entirety of this process involves appointing him to the task of finding Death and convincing him to resume his work.
