I LOVE! Literally love this game to death so much so i finished the game solo, and yes without cheats. The cartridge is so very expensive now though and it is a difficult pinch to commit to for one game especially when i can buy ten other games i want for the same price, and yes i am talking vintage authentic copies.
At any rate i used to play this game all the time with anybody i could convince to play with me, after i could not kidnap anybody i would play it solo, hence the solo clear. Hands down my favourite arcade style shooter, there are others i enjoy but this one is just so good.
