Xenosaga I & II

Xenosaga I & II (2006)

by Monolith Soft, Namco
Genres:Role-playing (RPG), Adventure
Themes:Fantasy, Science fiction
Game modes:Single player
Story:Xenosaga I & II is a combined remake and retelling of Xenosaga Episode 1 and 2 redesigned for the Nintendo DS. The story changes were handled by the creator of the series. The game changes large parts of the storyline in Episode 1 while following the elements established in the original game. This includes adding new characters and changing how some scenarios play out. Changes in Episode 2 were much larger as the main character perspective of the game was switched from Jr. to Shion to match up with Episode 1 and 3. Some characters are removed from the story or have their fates changed or revealed. Some dungeons are removed, edited, or replaced. It also answers some questions that the original did not as you follow a different path through the same overall story. It also changes the combat mechanics of Episode 2 to match Episode 1.Show more

My memory of this game is seeing that it was released and wanting desperately to be able to play it in English, and how disappointed I was that it wasn't made available in an international version. I love both Xenosaga 1 and 2, and I really want to be able to play this version of the story myself.
If they just translated it and made the assets HD it would be enough. I want it because it is that one Xeno game I never finished. I want to know the exclusive content in this game. I wanna experience it. I will buy it.

Silent Hill: Downpour
Silent Hill: DownpourSilent Hill: Downpour is the eighth Silent Hill video game installment and the last fully-released video game in the series. Just like its predecessors, Downpour combines exploring abandoned surroundings, talking to characters, and solving puzzles, set against a slow, psychological horror theme. Different from the previous game Silent Hill: Shattered Memories is the return of combat. The player often has to fight off monsters using a variety of weapons, but he can carry only one melee and one ranged weapon who can deteriorate over time. Entirely new to the series is the introduction of a weather system: there is a full day and night cycle and rain often warns the player of danger that is approaching. It is possible to hide until the weather becomes better again.

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the PastThe Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past is a top-down action game with puzzle-solving elements similar to the original The Legend of Zelda. After the side-scrolling and RPG-like gameplay of Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, the game is a return to the top-down view and gameplay style of the first installment. It introduces major new items to the series such as the Master Sword and the concept of two different worlds, which was revisited to some extent in Ocarina of Time with two distinct time periods rather than dark and light worlds.
