Hi,
I preordered Cyberpunk when it came out.

Didn't play it really long cause it was shitty at the time, full of bugs and lame to play.

Now that I want to give it another chance, the game isn't in my library anymore.

I tried to contact Gog by mail, but no response since 10 days.

Can I get some help please ?

You're posting on this forum with an account created in JAN 2023

You say you pre-ordered the game - that means you purchased the game with an account either from DEC 2020 or prior to DEC 2020 (when the game released)

Most likely is that you forgot about that older account but you'll have to login to that account to find the game.

I was logging in via Facebook at the time, then attached it to others platform in 2023 :)
