I have a bug that degraded the tier of gun attachment when going back to my save. Has anyone suffer the same bug?

Yep i have the exact same issue too
Right now i try to force trigger that bug to determine when it happens
a simple reload does not activate that bug on me (for now)
Will also try a complete restart with mounted attachmetns and see if that
makes the bug appear
