The implant modification cells have been removed - this is not scary and can be accepted. BUT, why was the implant trading system killed? That is, before, rippers made sense, and each of them had a different assortment of implants. There was a spirit of adventurism, there was a SENSE to visiting all the rippers. Players searched, studied, and discussed it together on the Internet.
Now the rippers have been killed, and implants are now not something important but ordinary consumer goods. Every, even the poorest ripper, now has ALL implants, from cyberdecks to military implants such as sandevistan. Why was this done? For what? Simplify the search and purchase of implants? For whom, for players aged 7-9? Well, such players download the game from torrent and do not buy it.
Because of the implant limit system? Because of the armor system? Is this the only reason why the trade in implants has been so ruined?
Not only has the meaning of rippers been killed, interest in implants has also been lost. This is especially noticeable to old players, but for new ones it will be “Another GTA - that is, nothing special.”
In the interest of diversity and inclusion, they decided to make the game so simple that a 5 year old can now play it.
Interesting.

They should have added a "Realist" track/game and a "Story" or "Adventure" track - like how some games have a SURVIVAL mode - they could add the complicated system(s) back, and put them behind a more complicated game track for those that want it...
I can't speak to the whole "ripperdoc stocks" thing, but to call the implants junk is silly. Given that Cyberware now is the armor system in the game, and the game is now much more strict in the sort of things you can get by gatekeeping behind street cred so you can't just go to the right places to get the good shit right off the jump.

Also, it NEVER made sense. Why the hell would Fingers have one of the better Sandevistans if we're going to keep things in line with story?

At some point, gameplay balance has to win out, and that's what happened here.

Seriously, Fingers?

So what's the point of the clothing system now? Why have legendary clothes and regular clothes. None of it make sense any damn more.

Well the clothes is a whole other thing than the cyberware. Clothes are also a different topic. As to the tiers of clothes, yeah, that does seem silly now that 99% of them are just cosmetic now.
