I'm on my second playthrough of the game and so I'm taking more time to explore and the likes. One thing I was wanting to do was to have a proper look around Memorial Park. I was looking for any interactions with Johnny given the place and its direct association to him and his actions in 2023 resulting in great loss of life in the area. Would he care? Would he try to justify his actions? Maybe feel guilt?

To my surprise not once did Johnny pop up or say anything about anything he did there. Do you think this was a deliberate decision on the part of Projekt Red? Sometimes silence can be more powerful than a thousand words.
