I bought Cyberpunk over a week ago, they charged my bank account and didnt add game to my gog account, I got zero answer from support, sent several tickets over a week ago and still nothing. GOG supptort is a JOKE! Watch out if you buy something!

I have the same problem.
And yes, I did try https://www.gog.com/user/refresh and it did not work
