Yeah,was wondering if its possible to re enable this and allow players to use a mouse and keyboard to essentially soft mod their games withoutt relying on 3rd party software or going the full offline editor. Similiar to how we use console commands in fallout new vegas.

I don't think the console can be accessed from the vanilla game. I downloaded "cybercmd" and "Cyber Engine tweaks" from nexus and that allowed me to access the developer console.
