Is it just me or do the in game televisions seem to run on a lower framerate than the rest of the game? Is there some way to easily fix it?
Enjoying the rest of the game a whole lot though!

The televisions in the game all display at a much much lower framerate and it is deliberate, as far as I can tell.

Nothing is wrong with your game, nor your hardware. This was a decision to reduce resources required to run the game smoothly.

If every tv set inside the game ran at 60 fps, the performance hit would be pretty big.
