I think Gamers Nexus covered the gist of it pretty well: ARC is a financial disaster for Intel with the fall of crypto and now they're trying to recoup their losses. Selling to consumers won't give them any margins, so they're going to dump most of their stock in the OEM market. You'll probably see the cards in pre-bulids, but to buy them separately... it's going to be a challenge finding stock.
