Did you not read the warning they had when redeeming?
'It may take some time due to high demand, but the games WILL appear in your library' - or something along those lines.
They always do. Just be patient, it'll happen. Took me about 3.5 hours to get the emails and see them in mine.

I saw the message the second time I tried to redeem. Took 4+ hours for them to show up.

Impatience appearing again. People just can't wait for a little while. Those keys are available for weeks, most even for months, but the majority tries to redeem them the very moment they become available.
