For the past few years I've been begging for this game to come out to GOG so I was shocked when I saw that it is coming but it just says coming soon. Has there been hints anywhere at all about when it's going to be released on GOG?

Nope.

2Point Hospital was announced month or more earlier and still not here, so that's a hint.

It is pure speculation, but I have a feeling we will be getting one of the SEGA titles during ongoing event. Site has more visitors that could buy newly released game on impulse. High sales could encourage newly acquired publisher to bring more titles to GoG. Success story of one could make it easier to sign contract with other companies or renew interest of those that are already on board. I think (and hope) this is GoG’s priority nowadays.

When you say ongoing event, do you mean a Warhammer 40,000 one and if so when is that supposedly taking place?

I think it's safe to say within the next few months.

Note that if you were hoping for LAN multiplayer, that seems like it might not be included, and cross-platform multi won't be available. (Cross-platform is out of GOG's hands afaik, but if enough people raise their voices, GOG might figure out LAN. though I don't know much about the technical details and problems behind all that)

"The GoG Sale" one, till 05.09, but it is only my guess. “Space Marine” has been released on GoG during similar sale, some time ago.
