While I was working on one of my mixes and preparing to start another, I noticed a couple of alarming things. First, all of my mixes now say "Discover..." where the title should be. Second, clicking on "Make A GoG Mix" does nothing, and the link has been removed. If this is because the code is finally being updated and long-asked-for sorting features are finally being implemented, then Bravo GoG...and thank you!!!! If not then: WTH? Would it be so big a deal to let some of us have a feature we enjoy?

Can't find anything definitive with a search, so I'll be curious to see an official response.

I created one the other day, and I also had issues with the button not working. I had to go to GOG mixes at the bottom of a store page then click "Add Yours" to make it work.

This is the first time I have ever used them and I got to say, compared to the rest of the site they are so outdated. I like the concept, but that thing needs a complete re-write.

Thanks for the workaround! I really hope they're not being removed. For me, mixes really help me find games to buy, especially now that GoG has a much larger catalog than they used to. A good mix can also help guide me to games I'd like to play that I haven't gotten to yet. I feel like keeping them does no harm, and potentially creates sales that might not otherwise happen. I can't count how many games a Mix has pointed me to in the past. I agree though that they need to be brought up-to-date, feature wise. Having to alphabetize by hand can be a real time sucking chore in with longer lists. Still...I'd rather have it outdated than not at all.

Cheers!

Only way you;re going to get one of those is via a support ticket:

https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I recall someone complaining a few weeks ago that there's no direct method of getting to the mixes any more from the website.
Officially? GOGMixes are completely unsupported. they won't do anything to fix them intentionally. Just letting you know. I have had a long conversation (still ongoing if they ever respond again) with a GOG support member who set me straight about things like the GOGMixes and the downloader. There was never an announcement, but they aren't doing anything with mixes.

I have a feeling they will eventually be replaced competly with something more similar to Steam Curators: http://store.steampowered.com/curators/

Might not even be called GOGmixes anymore when that happens...
